Bayou Blaze Cajun Catfish
1 - 6-8oz Catfish Fillet (Skinned)
1 Tablespoon BAYOU BLAZE CAJUN SEASONING
1 Tablespoon Peanut Oil

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Pat the Catfish Fillet dry with paper towels and rub with the BAYOU BLAZE CAJUN SEASONING.
3) Heat the Peanut Oil in a skillet. Add the Catfish Fillet to the pan, skin side up, and saute' for 1-2 minutes until it's a deep brown color. Flip and place in the oven until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes.
4) Transfer to a plate, and ENJOY!!!

Serve with Easy Homemade Seasoned Fries, Roasted Corn on the Cob, or Remoulade.

Tidbits: Add a twisted lemon for garnish.Â
