BBQ Bacon Cheddar Cheese Smash Burger Sliders
8 Slider Buns
1 lb. Fresh Ground Beef
8 slices Cheddar Cheese
16 slices of Bacon
1 1/2 teaspoons GOURMET ALL-PURPOSE SEASONING SALT, SPICY ALL-PURPOSE SEASONING SALT, or GOURMET LITE ALL-PURPOSE SEASONING SALT
1) Split the 1 lb. of Fresh Ground Beef in to 8 - 2oz portions and lightly roll in to a ball.
2) Season a large cast iron pan with Peanut Oil and heat over medium-high heat.
3) When the pan is hot, place the Fresh Ground Beef portions in the pan about 4 inches apart. Use a flat front heavy metal spatula to "smash" the burgers down until they are around 1/4" thick. Tip: Use a can to push down on the top of the spatula.
4) Season the top of the burgers with your choice of GOURMET ALL-PURPOSE SEASONING SALT - SPICY ALL-PURPOSE SEASONING SALT, or GOURMET LITE ALL-PURPOSE SEASONING SALT. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
5) Use the spatula to scrape the bottom of the pan, while flipping the burger, so you get a nice brown crust on the burger. Top with 1 slice Cheddar Cheese and 2 slices Bacon.
6) Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until they are cooked all the way through with no pink in the middle.
7) Place the burgers on the buns and top with Ketchup, Mustard, Pickles, Lettuce, Tomatoes, etc. and ENJOY!!!

Tidbits: The pan should sizzle in step 3 when the burgers are placed in the pan
