Grilled Firecracker Chicken Wings:
1 lb Chicken Wings
2 Tablespoons FIRECRACKER CHICKEN WING SEASONING
1 Tablespoon Oil
1) Preheat grill to 400 degrees.
2) Drain any liquid from chicken wings and pat dry with paper towels.
3) Toss the chicken wings with the oil and then toss again with FIRECRACKER CHICKEN WING SEASONING. (For best results leave them in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours, but remove 30-60 minutes prior to grilling).
4) Place on grill for 10 minutes, turn over, and grill another 10-20 minutes (until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees).
5) Remove from grill, let rest 3-5 minutes and ENJOY!!!Â
Serve with Celery Sticks and Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing. Other accompaniments include Easy Homemade Seasoned Fries, Chicken Quesadillas, or Buttermilk Fried Chicken Tenders.
Tidbits: Leave the wings out at room temperature for 30-60 minutes prior to grilling. They will cook more evenly and fewer juices will leak out or evaporate during cooking.
