Grilled TEX-MEX Corn on the Cob:
1 Cob of Corn in the husk
1 teaspoon TEX-MEX TACO SEASONING
1 Tablespoon Butter
1) Soak corn in cold water for 20 minutes.
2) Preheat grill to 450 degrees.
3) Remove corn from water and grill for 20-30 minutes, until outside is charred.
4) Peel back the husk, but don't break it off the cob, and use it as a handle.
5) Lather with butter, sprinkle with TEX-MEX TACO SEASONING, and ENJOY!!!
Serve with Whole Roasted Chicken, Buttermilk Fried Chicken Tenders, Ultimate Steak, or Grilled Firecracker Chicken Wings.
Tidbits: An easy way to butter the corn is to take a cold stick of butter and run it up and down the Corn on the Cob.Â
