ULTIMATE STEAK
1 16oz Ribeye Steak
2 Tablespoons Peanut Oil
3/4 teaspoon GOURMET ALL-PURPOSE SEASONING SALT, SPICY ALL-PURPOSE SEASONING SALT, or GOURMET LITE ALL-PURPOSE SEASONING SALT
2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter (Softened)
1 teaspoon ULTIMATE STEAK BUTTER SEASONING

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2) Mix together the Unsalted Butter and the ULTIMATE STEAK BUTTER SEASONING (This can be done ahead of time and refrigerated).

3) Sprinkle the steak, on all sides, with your choice of GOURMET ALL-PURPOSE SEASONING SALT - SPICY ALL-PURPOSE SEASONING SALT, or GOURMET LITE ALL-PURPOSE SEASONING SALT.

4) Add the Peanut Oil to a cast iron pan.  When the pan is very hot add the steak. Cover with a bacon press. Cook 2 minutes each side. Finish in the oven until desired temperature is reached, turning over every 3-4 minutes.

5) Remove from oven, place on a rack and let rest 10 minutes. Move to a plate, add the steak butter to the top of the steak, and ENJOY!!!

Serve with Easy Homemade Seasoned Fries, Homemade Parmesan Cheese Fries, TEX-MEX Corn on the Cob, or Roasted Corn on the Cob.

Tidbits: Let the steak sit out at room temperature for up to 30 minutes before cooking. Pipe rosettes of ULTIMATE STEAK BUTTER on to parchment paper and freeze for later use.
